produced by the non-profit company Healthy Mind in Healthy Body.
HEALTHY MIND IN HEALTHY BODY was formed in Athens with the goal of organizing seminars, conferences, and workshops in the fields of health, exercise, yoga, and pilates so that teachers and practitioners from all over Greece and other countries can enjoy the opportunity of getting updated, in-depth training from some the world’s leading teachers.
Another important goal is the building of a community of people, teachers and practitioners from different schools and disciplines who are interested in creating a better world through healthier bodies and minds. |
